After the NMB released the FedEx pilots to engage in "self help" under the Railway Labor Act, FedEx Pilots Association President Frank Fato out flanked the pilots' Negotiating Committee Chairman George Sees by making a late night deal with senior management in a parking lot. All of this was done before a single self-help action was engaged. This short video is being made available here for historical purposes and to remind FedEx pilots what its leadership is capable of doing in the 11th hour. These are typical corporate negotiating tactics: shoot the messenger. If your negotiating committee chairman is good at what he does, then the company makes him the problem.
